You know it had to happen. Unelected judges have gotten into the censorship business. Planned Parenthood was caught bloody red handed negotiating prices for the body parts of murdered unborn babies.

Not able to answer the charges and with more videos about to be released, PP knew that their only option was to go to court where abortion- and homosexual-friendly judges would support them in censoring the videos.

“A temporary restraining order has been issued preventing an anti-abortion group from releasing any video of leaders of a California company that provides fetal tissue to researchers. The group is the same one that previously released three covertly shot videos of a Planned Parenthood leader discussing the sale of aborted fetuses for research.”

“The Los Angeles Superior Court order issued Tuesday prohibits the Center for Medical Progress from releasing any video of three high-ranking StemExpress officials taken at a restaurant in May. It appears to be the first legal action prohibiting the release of a video from the organization.

“The Center for Medical Progress has released three surreptitiously recorded videos to date that have riled anti-abortion activists. The Senate is expected to vote before its August recess on a Republican effort to bar federal aid to Planned Parenthood in the aftermath of the videos’ release.

“In a statement Wednesday, center leader David Daleiden said StemExpress was using ‘meritless litigation’ to cover up an ‘illegal baby parts trade.'”

If it has been an undercover video about what some conservative group was doing, the courts would have ignored any appeals for a restraining order and the major networks would be showing clips from the undercover videos 24/7.

In fact, the media would have ignored the restraining order by citing the First Amendment.

Will PP be successful in getting the videos suppressed? It’s hard to say. I suspect that PP wants to bankrupt the Center for Medical Progress in legal costs.

If PP is doing nothing wrong, the organization heads should say something like this.

“We’re not doing anything wrong. These are not baby body parts. They’re just globs of tissue like an excised appendix. Quit calling them baby parts even though they look like baby parts.”

PP got caught, and the Center for Medical Progress has gone around the media gate keepers to get the message out that abortion is murder.
