Modern-day entertainment is a cesspool for young people. They are hit from every angle by sex-obsessed “entertainers” and perverted lifestyle choices. Miley Cyrus is given more lead time in news stories than the death of our nation’s ambassadors in Benghazi, IRS corruption, and a super-secret administration that is chipping away at our freedoms at an alarming rate.

Then there’s the story of the father that protested a pornographic book being used in his daughter’s school that’s an illicit sex instruction manual for teenagers.

So what do liberal entertainment pundits attack? A family-friendly film where the mother – avert your eyes for what you’re about to read – who stays at home instead of traipsing off to an office to earn a living.

What a subversive film! Can you imagine such a thing, a film that actually presents a pro-family, intact household worldview as if liberals who produce the majority of films have no agenda?

Consider this assessment of the reaction to “Moms’ Night Out”:

“The new comedy Moms’ Night Out features a stay-at-home mother who finally gets the chance to cut loose with her girlfriends. Chaos ensues, and so do a few faith-friendly messages for the masses.

“RogerEbert.com says the PG-rated movie may be dangerous to the culture at large in its official review.

‘Depressingly regressive and borderline dangerous, “Moms’ Night Out” peddles archaic notions of gender roles in the name of wacky laughs. But it also wants to be “About Something.” It wants to inspire as well as entertain. It’s “The Hangover” aimed at Christian audiences, and if that sounds like an impossible prospect, well, that’s because it is.’

“The critic also claims the movie tells audiences that men should work and women should cling to their traditional roles in society.

‘But the ultimate message here is unmistakable, regardless of your religious beliefs: A woman’s place is in the home, not out on the town.’

“The New York Daily News also critiqued the film for allegedly saying a woman’s place is solely in the home.

‘Don’t be fooled by the title, or the “Hangover”-style trailer. “Moms’ Night Out” is really all about moms staying home, where, according to this movie, they apparently belong.’”

There you have it. There is no room in America for films that depict what is often defined as a traditional family. Soon we’ll be hearing calls for the elimination of Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. It will be against the law to advocate for such primitive patriarchal and religious structures. The word “family” will be redefined. To oppose this new social paradigm will mean the inability to find employment.
