MSNBC host Melissa Harris Perry claims that Star Wars is racist because Darth Vader, the personification of evil, is dressed in black. Actually, he’s a white guy dressed in black. Here’s some of what she said:

“‘I know why I have feelings — good, bad and otherwise — about Star Wars,’ Perry explained. ‘…I spent the whole day talking about the Darth Vader situation.’

 “‘The part where he was totally a black guy, whose name was basically James Earl Jones,’ she said. ‘While he was black he was terrible and bad, awful and used to cut off white men’s hand, and didn’t actually claim his son. But as soon as he claims his son, goes over to the good, takes off his mask and he is white — yes, I have many feelings about that.’”

By the way, the first Star Wars film came out in 1977. It’s taken her nearly 40 years to formulate this association. She’s not the first to make this type of association.

“In the comedy ‘Chasing Amy,’ [Kevin] Smith wrote an early scene that took place during a panel discussion at a comic book convention. A gay black comic book author, Hooper X, pretended at the behest of his publisher to be a black militant (he needed to sell the image to sell the book…. ‘White Hating Coon’) and went on a rant on how Star Wars movies ‘…are about how the white man keeps the brother man down, even in a galaxy far far away. The part that is so prophetic is when he discusses Vader.” (H/T: Red State)

There are thousands of Stormtroopers in the Star Wars films. They do the bidding of Darth Vader. They think they’re following a black guy or a black narrative. They do this out of white guilt.

The people are led to believe they can save the universe if more power is given to the Empire.

Obama is Darth Vader because he’s white and black, and white Democrats are the Stormtroopers who enforce the liberal agenda that ends up enslaving people — most of whom are black — with promises of liberation that never comes.

White people dominate the Democrat Party. They’ve been using the black vote to enslave black people so white liberals can stay in power and make tons of money off the backs of black people.

For liberal blacks, everything is about racism except the racism right under their noses – the Democrat Party.
