Liberal Insanity is Putting Your Children at Risk
“It’s hard to be raised by nannies and in chaos.” These are the words of Chastity Bono, the daughter of the famed entertainment couple Sonny (1935–1998) and Cher. Chastity, who now goes by the name “Chaz” because of transgender surgery, was voted off “Dancing with the Stars.” She was described by one of the judges as “a cute little penguin trying to be a big menacing bird of prey.” Chastity blasted the “disrespectful” judges for picking on her weight. It didn’t help all this foolishness when her 65-year-old mother made comments about the judging.
The Chastity to Chaz thing is beyond bizarre. The slippery slope of homosexual respectability can be seen in the public proclamation that the “former” Chastity Bono is now a man. Yeah, right. We’re supposed to believe because something was cut off here and something was sewn on there, coupled with hormone therapy and a name change, that a she is now a he? I’m not buying it and neither should you.
Her own mother has fallen for this nonsense, probably because she’s trying to cover the guilt she has in messing up her daughter. We shouldn’t be surprised of Chastity’s sexual confusion considering how sexually promiscuous Cher has been over the years:
The actress and singer and all-around superstar was on David Letterman . . . [November 11, 2010] talking about her many (many!) sexual conquests over the years. They have included Warren Beatty, Tom Cruise, Elvis Presley (“Almost”), Gene Simmons, Eric Clapton, and more. But she was quick to add, “There’s lots more than that!”
The supposed gender switch of Chastity to Chaz shows how liberals will fall for anything that gives them a moral license to fornicate with anyone they want. One day Chastity has female sexual organs, and she’s described as a female. The next day (actually two years of surgeries and hormone treatments), because of some sexual slicing and dicing, she’s now a male. I don’t care how she’s been cut up, Chastity Bono is still Chastity Bono, and sexual promiscuity is still immoral. There’s a scene from the film Forrest Gump when Forrest and Lt. Dan are in the hospital recovering from their injuries:
It’s late at night and everyone is asleep. Suddenly, Lt. Dan aggressively drags Forrest out of his bed onto the floor. He accuses Forrest of cheating him from his destiny. He was supposed to die on the battlefield with honor. Instead, now he’s nothing but a cripple and legless freak. As the energy of his outburst subsides, Lt. Dan laments, “This wasn’t supposed to happen. Not to me. I had a destiny. I was Lieutenant Dan Taylor.” Forrest’s simple and straight reply is, “You… You’re still Lieutenant Dan.” (Source)
There is no doubt that the child of Sonny and Cher is sexually confused as are a number of other high profile homosexuals. Allan Dobras, a freelance writer on religious and cultural issues and an electronics engineer, may have pinpointed the catalyst for most of the gender bending that is touted as normal behavior:
Many gay celebrities have admitted they were victims of childhood sexual abuse including Rosie O’Donnell, Ellen DeGeneres, Anne Heche, Julie Cypher, Melissa Etheridge, swimming star Greg Louganis, and Chastity Bono, who disclosed how she was seduced as a child into the “gay” lifestyle by one of Cher Bono’s lesbian friends. Additionally, many of the young boys seduced by priests were drawn into the homosexual lifestyle by the experience.
Gay-rights activists and their apologists have waged an effective brass knuckles campaign to portray homosexuality as inborn and unchangeable and therefore deserving of acceptance, affirmation, and codification into law. Nevertheless, declaring something to be true doesn’t make it so, nor does it make it right.
Chastity writes in her memoir The End of Innocence (2003) that when she was 11 years old she was sexually seduced by “Joan,” a lesbian friend of Cher’s who later became Chastity’s sexual confidant. What was her mother’s reaction to the statutory rape of her daughter prepubescent daughter?: “This will be a good life experience for you.” Chastity writes:
“My mom wasn’t always around, since she was working, so Joan [Cher’s lesbian friend] sort of filled in that gap … I just focused on the fact that I wasn’t getting enough attention, and I often felt lonely or abandoned. When I spent time with Joan, I felt like the center of attention…” (pp. 10–11).
Chastity wasn’t born a man. She was looking for love, affection, and someone to pay attention to her. Her molestation so messed with her mind that she didn’t know who she was. Liberals have turned Chastity into a cause célèbre to further their cultural transformation agenda. One by one the old moral taboos are being retrofitted just like Chastity.
Aldous Huxley (1894–1963), the grandson of Thomas Huxley, “Darwin’s Bulldog,” and the author of Brave New World (1932), explains what the goal has always been:
The liberation we desired was . . . liberation from a certain system of morality. We objected to the morality [of the day] because it interfered with our secular freedom; we objected to the political and economic system because it was unjust. The supporters of these systems claimed that in some way they embodied the meaning (a Christian meaning, they insisted) of the world. There was one admirably simple method of confuting these people and at the same time justifying ourselves in our political and erotic revolt: we could deny that the world had any meaning whatsoever.1
The goal was to redefine the world by denying that it had any meaning. With all meaning gone, Huxley and his moral heirs could create their own meaning. Chastity Bono is Huxley’s handiwork.
The fact that any attention is being paid to a so-called transgendered person is self-evident truth that liberals are insane and they are trying to make insanity normative. If they can pass the Chastity-to-Chaz transformation off as normal, then nothing is out of bounds. Your children, no matter their age, will be regular and lawful prey of sexually twisted men and women who view them as their property for their sexual enjoyment.
Am I exaggerating? Consider this: “Girl Scouts Allow 7-Year-Old Boy to Join Because He is ‘Living Life as a Girl.’” Read the story and weep.
