Harry Reid Keeps his Billionaire Donors a Secret by Attacking Koch Brothers

For the past several weeks Senate majority leader “Dirty” Harry Reid has been trying to tell the “truth” about the Unaffordable Care Act, or Obamacare.

I say trying because Reid wouldn’t know the truth if he passed it on the street.

Of course we’ve now heard his truth telling on the Senate floor as he speechified to an empty hall proclaiming that, “despite all the good news, there’s plenty of horror stories being told, all are untrue, but they’re being told all over America.”

“The Koch brothers are spending hundreds of millions of dollars telling Americans that Obamacare is bad for them. It’s easy to do if you have no conscience and are willing to lie like they are, through the ads they’re promoting. But the Kochs should stick to what they know: the oil business… Where they’ve made their multi-billions of dollars,” Reid said.

Yes Harry, they should stick to the oil business and stay away from say, crooked land deals. You’ve pretty much cornered the market on that.

I guess there was some backlash to Reid’s truth telling, for he felt compelled to return to the chamber and explain, “I can’t say that everyone of the Koch brothers’ ads are a lie, but I’ll say this: Mr. President, the vast, vast majority of them are.”

Oh that’s much better, but he did slip up and leave out one critical word – billionaire. The left must always describe the Koch brothers as “the billionaire Koch brothers.” Not the billionaire George Soros a.k.a. Darth Sidious, billionaire Warren Buffett or billionaire Bill Gates. They’re just regular guys, and they are big donors to the Democrats.

And who better to judge a lie then one of the country’s best liars, Harry Reid. Takes one to know one, I guess.

Reid went on to accuse the “billionaire” Koch brothers of trying to buy the upcoming election, of trying to buy America.

He said that “America is not for sale.” In other words, how dare you try to buy votes? That’s our job!

As an aside, in its current shape, who would want to buy America? Maybe we could utilize one of those Walmart “rollbacks” to make us more attractive.

So my question for the esteemed old fart, Harry Reid is – if the Koch brothers are out right lying, why not bring them up on charges? File suit against them. Take them to court. Depose them so everyone can finally hear the “real” truth about how great Obamacare is.

Have Eric holder and his justice “storm troopers” go after them, as if they haven’t tried that already.

But, you may say, political speech, thus political ads are protected speech, so Reid can’t sue them. Fine. If you can’t have Justice bring charges against them for libel, slander or something, there is something else he could most likely do.

He could get together with his tawdry bunch; Schumer, Boxer, Feinstein et al and haul the brothers before a Senate panel to explain their evil lies.

Bring in the billionaire Kochs and their actors and supposedly “dying” patients who obviously lied about their plight. Put them in front of the TV cameras and hordes of national press and let us all see the truth according to Harry Reid.

I’m not one who has the stamina to watch televised “show trials” that are these bogus House and Senate panels, but I’d watch that one.

I’d watch as Reid or Schumer accuse someone dying from leukemia of being a liar. I’d watch as Reid explains to a cancer patient that Obamacare is great and he won’t have them lying to this “distinguished panel.”

Yes, I’d watch that, and I’ll bet millions of others would also.

Think it will happen? No? Me neither.

Gee, wonder why?
