While Obama is still telling us that Islam is a peaceful religion, “Islamic State murderer and propagandist ‘Jihadi John’ has issued a graphic warning of coming slaughter on the streets of the West in the new YouTube video that features the beheading of at least nineteen men, including former American soldier Peter Kassig.”

President Obama is emphatic in his argument that these murders are not the result of Islamic beliefs. But why should we believe him? He’s been telling us that he hardly knew Jonathan Gruber. As more videos come out, it’s obvious that Gruber was a big part of the construction of Obamacare.

We can’t trust anything Obama says. His presidential campaign was a fraud. He was against homosexual marriage, but once he became president, he has done everything in his power to support it.

While a Senator from Illinois, Obama opposed using Executive Orders to implement policies. He particularly condemned George Bush in his use of Executive Privilege:

“In March 2007, Obama – then an Illinois senator – appeared on CNN’s Larry King Show. ‘You know,’ he said, ‘There’s been a tendency on the part of this administration to try to hide behind executive privilege every time there’s something a little shaky that’s taking place … I think the American people deserve to know what was going on there.’”

So why should we believe Obama on Islam when there’s a pile of evidence to the contrary? Here’s his response to the beheading of U.S. aid worker Peter Kassig by Islamic State terrorists. Kassig was a convert to Islam and “took the name Abdul-Rahman and was captured and held hostage by members of ISIS a year ago”:

“ISIL’s actions represent no faith, least of all the Muslim faith which Abdul-Rahman adopted as his own,” Obama wrote. “Today we grieve together, yet we also recall that the indomitable spirit of goodness and perseverance that burned so brightly in Abdul-Rahman Kassig, and which binds humanity together, ultimately is the light that will prevail over the darkness of ISIL.”

If it’s not Muslims doing these murders in the name of Allah, then who is? It’s not Christians or Jews. It’s Muslims. These Muslims might have hijacked Islam, but they are the new face of Islam until the hundreds of millions of Muslims around the world rise up and oppose and work to stop them.

Kassig was an aid worker. He wanted to help innocent people caught in the crossfire in the ongoing war in Syria.

He even converted to Islam.

Obama can claim all day long that Islam is not at the heart of terrorism, but until the Islamic world rises up and publicly condemns it, it’s hard for outsiders to come to any other conclusion that Islam is the problem.

Islamic atrocities and the relative silence by Islamic leaders may be one of the reasons that many Muslims are abandoning the religion. There has been a steady rise in the number of converts to Christianity. David Garrison “believes between 2 and 7 million former Muslims have converted to Christianity in the past two decades.”

Some have abandoned religion altogether. Barack Obama’s own father was one of them.
