Romney’s Not Bane but Obama is the Joker

The new Batman film is getting a lot of attention. The Obama regime was hoping to play off Batman’s movie nemesis Bane because it sounds like Romney’s Bain Capital. Now we learn that the film is more about the Occupy Wall Street Crowd.

I’ll have to take you back to the second film in the Christopher Nolan Batman franchise —The Dark Knight — where Heath Ledger played the film role of a lifetime. He was The Joker.

The Dark Night came out in 2008. No one associated the character’s worldview with Barack Obama. We hadn’t seen him in action. Three years of his administration gave me pause to take another look at The Joker’s mindset. I saw a lot of Obama in it, especially in one particular scene:

Bruce Wayne is trying to understand The Joker. What is his motivation? What makes him tick? Why does he seem so reckless? Alfred Pennyworth, Wayne’s loyal and tireless confidant explains that there are some people who are not motivated either by money or power. Here’s how the exchange went:

Bruce Wayne: Criminals aren’t complicated, Alfred. We just have to figure out what he’s after.

Alfred: With respect Master Wayne, perhaps this is a man that you don’t fully understand, either. A long time ago, I was in Burma. My friends and I were working for the local government. They were trying to buy the loyalty of tribal leaders by bribing them with precious stones. But their caravans were being raided in a forest north of Rangoon by a bandit. So, we went looking for the stones. But in six months, we never met anybody who traded with him. One day, I saw a child playing with a ruby the size of a tangerine. The bandit had been throwing them away.

Bruce Wayne: So why steal them?

Alfred: Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren’t looking for anything logical, like money. They can’t be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

Barack Obama, like his radical compatriots, wants to bring down America from its lofty heights because of its perceived inequalities. Similar actions were taken in the former Soviet Union, East Germany and East Berlin, North Korea, and Cuba.

Like the Joker, President Obama is willing to burn all the money to accomplish his goal of economic leveling. In the end, we’ll all be equal, equally impoverished.
