Navy Yard Shooter a Product of Liberal Political Views
The more we learn about Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis the more he sounds like a radical leftist. A U.S. News article is reporting that “Aaron Alexis was so unhappy with his life in America — where he was beset by money woes and felt slighted as a veteran — that he was ‘ready to move out of the country’ last year, a friend said Tuesday.”
He complained that he had been mistreated because he was black. “He felt a lot of discrimination and racism with white people especially,” one friend claimed. “He did have the tendency to feel like people owed him something all the time.”
What we’re hearing from the shooter’s friends is that “he was not happy with America.” This reminded me of something Michelle Obama said in 2008. Speaking in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, would Michelle Obama said, “for the first time in my adult life I am proud of my country because it feels like hope is finally making a comeback.”
Later in Madison, she said, “For the first time in my adult lifetime, I’m really proud of my country, and not just because Barack has done well, but because I think people are hungry for change.”
Michelle was 44 years old at the time. She was a law school graduate making six figures. This type of resentment resonated with a lot of blacks. It was going to be their time for payback. It didn’t matter what Barack did, even if it meant tanking the economy, putting more people on food stamps, lowering wages, and forcing employers to hire more part-time workers. Scandals don’t matter. Benghazi doesn’t matter. NSA snooping doesn’t matter. Fast and Furious doesn’t matter. IRS attacks on conservative groups don’t matter. In fact, they’ve been applauded.
There are many people in America who believe that other people owe them a living. Most of these people vote their resentment by putting in office politicians who will pass laws that plunder the prosperous to entitle the resentful
There are lots of people who have mental problems who do not murder people. It’s obvious that the actions of Aaron Alexis were methodical and pre-meditated. He held a grudge like many liberals do, and as he was taught to do by his liberal counterparts. His resentment resulted in murder.
