Democrat Wants to Outlaw Vasectomies

Democrat doesn’t know much about biology. There is a nutball congresswoman from Georgia, Rep. Yasmin Neal, a Democrat from the Atlanta suburb of Jonesboro, Georgia, who introduced a bill that would outlaw vasectomies unless they are needed to avert serious injury or death.

Rep. Neal is trying to counter arguments against abortion and tax-payer funding of condoms, birth control pills, and other contraceptive devices. The bill reads:

“It is patently unfair that men avoid the rewards of unwanted fatherhood by presuming that their judgment over such matters is more valid than the judgment of the General Assembly. … It is the purpose of the General Assembly to assert an invasive state interest in the reproductive habits of men in this state and substitute the will of the government over the will of adult men.”

Here’s a bit of Neal’s illogic. “If we legislate women’s bodies, it’s only fair that we legislate men’s.” She said she wanted to propose the bill to generate emotion and conversation the way anti-abortion bills do. “There are too many problems in the state. Why are you under the skirts of women? I’m sure there are other places to be.”

Let’s deal with the contraception issue first. If husbands and wives don’t want to have children and decide to use artificial means for that purpose, then I have no objection. But don’t ask me to pay for the contraception. That’s the real issue in President Obama’s contraception mandate.

Abortion is not in the same category as contraception. If there’s conception, there won’t be a baby to kill. We’re not dealing with sperm and eggs but with a pre-born baby. A pre-born baby is not the woman’s body. A pre-born baby is a separate biological entity separate from a woman’s body. In fact, a baby growing in his mother’s womb (womb-man) has his own blood supply and DNA. In many cases, a baby can have a different blood type.

Here’s the biology lesson for Rep. Neal. It takes 46 chromosomes to make a human being – 23 from the mother and 23 from the father (22 pairs of autosomes and one pair of sex chromosomes each). Until there is a union between the two sets, there is no human being. To compare a developing baby with separated sperm and eggs is the height of absurdity.

It’s especially sad since Rep. Neal is black. Is she not ware of the disproportionate number of blacks who have abortions? I encourage her to check out BlackGenocide.org where she’ll find the following:

“Minority women constitute only about 13% of the female population (age 15–44) in the United States, but they underwent approximately 36% of the abortions.

According to the Alan Guttmacher Institute, black women are more than 5 times as likely as white women to have an abortion.”

On average, 1,876 black babies are aborted every day in the United States.

This incidence of abortion has resulted in a tremendous loss of life. It has been estimated that since 1973 Black women have had about 16 million abortions. Michael Novak had calculated “Since the number of current living Blacks (in the U.S.) is 36 million, the missing 16 million represents an enormous loss, for without abortion, America’s Black community would now number 52 million persons. It would be 36 percent larger than it is. Abortion has swept through the Black community like a scythe, cutting down every fourth member.”

There was a time when Jesse Jackson described abortion in the black community as “black genocide.”

So while Rep. Neal and some of her Democrat colleagues are proposing silly bills about sperm, her own black race is being decimated by the abortion industry.
